  • Advanced Technique: Infinite Second Jump Recover on Platform
By Cadelaf on June 4th, 2008 | No Comments Comments

Hello Guys, Today I am gonna show you a useful advanced technique for all of you who want to become competitive or who are interested in newer tricks, this technique can require some timing and effort into making it effective on your gameplay. What you do is :

    1) Jump (full or short)
    2) Use your second jump
    3) Perform an aerial attack ( Any attack with A button in the air)
    4) Time the aerial so that you land on the ground as the move finishes (similar to autocanceling?)
    5) Try a jump just before you land on the ground.
    6) You should jump up into the air.
    7) Re-do steps until you want.

  • New Advanced Technique: Inverse Boost Grab
By Cadelaf on May 17th, 2008 | No Comments Comments

Hello SmashGamers, each week I have noticed that the Brawl Mechanism is starting to get competitive in the sense that in the beginning you could see noobs owning pro players,  this was due to few to none discovered “advanced techniques”, each week it seems that more and more strategies, combo videos and even new techniques are discovered. This is improving Brawl a lot by making this game more competitive that it seemed to be. Well today, I will show you this discovered technique that what it does it boosts the grab distance and besides that you grab them inversely, this is a quite useful technique for mindgames, some kind of wavedash and chaingrabs.

  • New discovered technique: Pivot WaveGrabbing
By Cadelaf on April 9th, 2008 | No Comments Comments

You thought wavedash was removed? This new technique kinda replaces the wavedash with a new way to grab enemies. It is a new way of Pivot Grabbing, but what is pivot grabbing, some of you may ask? According to Smashbros.com “While dashing, press the direction opposite your current heading while performing a grab. You’ll get more range out of this kind of grab, so try pulling a 180 and scooping up your unsuspecting opponent with it.” It makes you get something like this:

You can grab from that far

But how is pivot wavegrabbing different? Here is how you do it

  • DeeDee User claims new Advanced Technique: Goon Farming
By Cadelaf on March 29th, 2008 | No Comments Comments

Thedcninja claims a new technique on Brawl with DeeDee that it makes it that you get the Dragoon Parts whenever you hit the enemy with side B attack while holding another button, you would release the enemy with Dragoon Parts, and which you will be able to get them even if you had items turned Off. This can be possible because on Melee you could take out bombs and swords randomly with Down B of Peach. They claim that there is a mysterious code in DeeDee that they found out with action replay. Truth or No, This is a most watch.
