  • Smashville as a competitive stage
By Cadelaf on July 21st, 2008 | No Comments Comments

Smashville is by some an average stage, a stage to play once in while, but why is it been quickly adopted by the competitive smash scene?  Take a look down at the image and see why it is chosen by many people instead of Final Destination, found out why?  Because of its simplicity. A simple stage with background characters that don’t affect you in the game but serve as a  decorative purpose. It is kinda like a replacement of  Kirby Dream Land from 64’s version of Super Smash Bros.

  • Metal Slug Coming for the Virtual Console
By andresomg on June 7th, 2008 | No Comments Comments

    Hello Smashers!

Metal Slug (NEOGEO, 1-2 players, Rated T for Teen - Blood,
Violence, 900 Wii Points): Released in 1996 by SNK, Metal Slug is a
side-scrolling military-action game. Players control Marco and Tarma,
both members of the special-ops force Team Peregrine Falcon (commonly
known as Team PF), and battle their way through stage after stage of
intense action. The goal is to try to overthrow General Morden and win
back the stolen weapon, the Metal Slug. Players must blast through waves
of enemies and machines (while also jumping over any obstacles in the
way) to advance through the stages. It’s not as hopeless as it might
sound, though—weapons such as heavy machine guns, shotguns, rocket
launchers and flamethrowers, as well as the Metal Slug itself (which
appears frequently in the game), will make the battle easier. Take on
General Morden with a friend to lighten your load and ramp up the
    excitement even more.

  • SSBB Luigi’s Mansion with Funny Ending
    By Cadelaf on February 4th, 2008 | 1 Comment1 Comment Comments

    Luigi’s Mansion

This stage features a normal sized scenario which has the mansion on background which you can climb, there are 3 platforms. The mansion progressively falls down until there is only 1 platform. In my opinion it looks really good, take a look at the end of Kirby, that was totally unexpected :P .

  • Brawl Stage PictoChat on WiFi
    By Cadelaf on February 4th, 2008 | 1 Comment1 Comment Comments

Possibly one of the weirdest/funniest scenarios on Super Smash Bros. Brawl is this one, it resembles the feel and look of PictoChat of Nintendo DS. This video shows a WiFi Match (which takes some time to find people to fight) Free For All Match 4 Players, Enjoy.
