Nintendo DSi is the new name for the upcoming remake of the Nintendo DS which features a 3 Megapixel camera, SD Card support, Opera Web Channel, Nintendo Shop for downloading games and content and smaller size since the removal of the GBA slot.
It will be available to Japan on November 1, 2008 with a retail price of approximately $179 USD. No current official release dates are given for the release at North America but it is expected to be there by 2009. The graphics stay the same meaning the same games can be played on the 3 DS, DS Lite and DSi Portable Nintendo Systems.
