You thought there were no combos in brawl? More combos have been discovered, and a good smash player called Rhyfelwyr has made up a list of combos that are not escapable and combos that are escapable, here they are:

What This Is
These are lists of the true combos discovered in Brawl. The second list show combos that can only be escaped through DI. The opponent can’t airdodge or shield during the sequence of attacks.

The first list contains the truly inescapable combos.

All of these combos were tested against a Mario at 0%. I don’t know what the damage range for these combos are, that can be something for someone else to do. It’s likely I’ve missed some combos. If you know any that aren’t on the list, test it first, and then post it here please.

Criteria For The List
- No chainthrows
- No walls
- No setting up, I.E. bananas, mines etc.
- No jab locks
- Attacks causing tripping are only included if it’s common for the attack to trip
- Has to work on at least half the cast
- In the event there is more then one possible finish to a combo, I’ll only list the move that does the most damage.
- I used the consecutive hits counter to decide on what combos were true

For the inescapable list, all moves in a combo, expect the finisher, have to have one of these three qualities…
- Set knockback
- Trips
- Stuns

Assume all combos are being done to a standing opponent. If an aerial is called for, you have to do one of three things with it.
(1.) You have to short hop and auto-cancel
(2.) You have to use the aerial at the very last moment before touching the ground
(3.) You have to follow the juggle into the air

Trip” means the attack has to make the opponent fall down for the combo to work.

Air” means this combo is done entirely in the air.

“Dash” means to do a dash attack. Usually you have to do the quick version by tapping forward on the control stick, and down on the C-stick.

“Glide” means to do a glide attack near the ground.

“(high %)” This means that unlike other combos, this doesn’t work at the lowest percent.

“,” separates different moves.

When a “/” appears between attacks, that means these moves work at different percents.
